Reflective Writing recounts an experience, but also explains how that experience has had an impact on the writer's life and what lessons may have been learned.
Once the purpose for creative writing has been established, there are hundreds of ways to share those experiences with an audience.
Encyclopedia of an Ordinary Life- Based on Amy Krouse Rosenthal's Encyclopedia of an Ordinary Life, the writer creates an "alphabetized existence." The writer chooses the things about their life they find most important and creates an alphabetized list, briefly explaining each piece on the list.
